Eight Team Squash Event

A fast and fun team event that requires a bit of strategy, teamwork, and puts high pressure on the player and the team. 6 to 8 teams, 5 players each, will squash it out in a single elimination tourney. Food, fun, friends, beer (sodas and water too), and random giveaways.
Loss in 1st round goes to consolation round - Winner: $75

Rules
- 5 players per team. The Captain + 4 others. Anyone can play, including the captain.
- All skill levels welcome. Games are played using the EvenSquash handicap system.
- One Court. Only one court is used per team matchup during this event.
- Racket spin. Team winning the spin can decide to post a player first or receive.
- Player's Coach. Each player selects who they want to coach them during the match.
- Time-outs. Players have two 60 sec time-outs that can be called the player or their coach at anytime between points.
- Best of 5 games. Matches are played best of 5 games.
- Alternate post and receive. After the first match, teams alternate posting the next player.
- 3 matches. This means that two players will not play in the event.
- 11.5 max handicap. The three fielded players' handicaps must add up to 11.5 or less.
- Sudden Death at 90 minutes. If not in the last game of the last match in 90 minutes after start, the next game will decide the winner of the match.
- 2 of 3 Matches Wins. Team advances after winning 2 of 3 matches.
Minimum of 6 teams required. Prize amounts are per team unless otherwise stated. Exact prize amounts will depend on the number of teams.
